Effective Sep. 1, 2009 - Changes in Flounder Regulations as follows: 

The new regulation reduces the recreational bag limit from 10 to 5 fish, and the commercial bag limit from 60 to 30 fish. Flounder gigging will be prohibited during the month of November.
